Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TransLead Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (“TransLead”, “we”, “us”) handles the personal data you share with us. It is provided in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. What data we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect only the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, contact number, subject and your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
2. Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your logistics enquiry — to understand your shipment, prepare a quote and coordinate with you. We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.
3. Who we share it with
Nobody. Your enquiry data is not sold, rented or shared with any third party. It is accessed only by TransLead staff handling your enquiry. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 for spam protection (subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms) and an email-delivery provider purely to transmit your message to us; these process the data only to deliver and protect the form and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months, or until your enquiry is resolved — whichever is shorter — after which it is deleted.
5. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent at any time. We will act on valid requests within a reasonable period.
